KEYS TO A QUICK HANDLE BALL HANDLING PROGRAM
“Micah Lancaster has one of the greatest handles in the world. This stuff WORKS!”
(NBA Skill Coach, Ganon Baker)
At Hoops City U, our mission is to provide the necessary skills to every player regardless of their height, size, and “position.” No question about it, being able to dribble and handle the basketball is a must for every basketball player, period. That’s why the “U” is making sure that all players can make the choice to improve and master the art of dribbling and ball handling.
Micah Lancaster is regarded as one of the world’s best ball handlers and ball handling instructors. Now, you can learn how to develop those same handles in your game. Micah Lancaster has developed a system in which ball handling and dribbling improvement can be realized for any and every player. The Keys to a Quick Handle program will give players a weekly choice and opportunity to take their ball handling skills past the competition and beyond, not just in flash and quickness, but in real life game application!
