NEW SPEED AND STRENGTH UPGRADE AVAILABLE FOR ALL PROGRAMS

 

The Skill Programs offered at Hoops City U are second to none. The same can be said regarding the Speed Flex training and performance enhancement training available at the "U". Now you can have the best of the both worlds!

 

Starting April 25, every player in each program will have the opportunity to upgrade any of our programs to a Strength and Speed enhancement to maximize their skills and athletic ability. Up to 12 players from each program will have the opportunity, at a first come first serve basis, to purchase a one hour upgrade to their program and be trained utilizing the Speed Flex system and on the court agility and quickness training directly following their program. This Strength and Speed upgrade gives our participants, for both the Varsity and Collegiate level programs, the opportunity to become a more complete athlete and player for a rate that can't be matched. For only $90 more, participants will receive 8 hours of high level athletic training guaranteed to increase their speed, quickness, agility, body control, vertical leap, flexibility, and overall strength.

 

The truly exceptional aspect regarding the Speed Flex and performance enhancement system is that athletes as young as 6-9 years old are not excluded. In fact, According to Istan Balyi's article 'Long Term Athlete Development', "the first critical period of speed development occurs between age 6-8 for girls and 7-9 boys." In other words, there is no better time then now!
