The Hoops City Basketball Club AAU Program, now in it's 9th year, has quickly become one of the largest, most comprehensive instructive based basketball organizations in the southeast. This past season, OVER 41 TEAMS participated in the Hoops City AAU Program in North Carolina and Florida. Repetition is the key to success, and all of our teams train consistently on a structured and designed curriculum which dramatically impacts player development.

Teams are formed seasonally for competition held during the fall, spring and summer months. Athletes will train up to four (4) sessions each week in a combination of:

• Multiple Team Practices
• Skills/Performance Training led by Professional Skills Trainers
• Strength, Speed and Agility training led by certified Trainers Carl Poe and Jonas Richard

Tryouts are conducted and players may be invited to join a team in their age group from one of the competitive levels offered:

• Team Carolina
• HCBC Elite
