Hoops City AAU Competitive Program - Ages 8U/2nd Grade thru 17U/11th Grade

The Hoops City AAU Program, now in it's 8th year, has quickly become one of the largest, most comprehensive instructive based basketball organizations in the southeast. This past seastion, OVER 36 TEAMS participated in the Hoops City AAU Program in North Carolina and Florida.

Teams are formed seasonally for competition held during the fall, spring and summer months. Athletes will train up to three (3) sessions each week in a combination of:

• Team Practices
• Group training led by professional skills trainer, Micah Lancaster
• "Black Out Fundamental Station" training at  Hoops City

Tryouts are conducted and players may be invited to join a team in their age group from one of the competitive levels offered:

• Hoops City ML All-Stars/NCAA Exposure Team
• Hoops City Elite
• Hoops city Heat
• Hoops City In-house Developmental Teams
