The Hoops 365 Elite Development Program is the most intense training in America. It is designed for those highly rated athletes committed to year round basketball training. In this program, athletes will be pushed beyond their comfort level in an intense training environment encompassing skill refinement, mental concentration, speed, quickness, agility and strength to enhance their individual growth and development. It is structured to appeal for the most serious basketball athlete that aspires to play at a high level and is ready to train hard in all aspects necessary to the complete player.
In the Hoops 365 program, athletes train both individually and as a team with Hoops City U’s professional coaching staff. Athletes are expected to train 3-4 times per week utilizing the modern apparatus while balancing fundamental skill and speed performance training. Additionally, 365 athletes will play in selected elite exposure events in various regions of the country as a part of this module. Finally, those participants in the Hoops 365 program are eligible to represent the United States in an International Tournament Festival in Europe during the summer of 2008.
Program Components
Training as a Team
Athletes will be placed within a team specific to age and gender who they will train with twice weekly for eight months. Each Hoops 365 team is led by our professional coaching staff, all who have coached at the collegiate or higher level
Training Individually
Athletes within the 365 program will also receive six (6) private and eight (8) small group (3 players or less) lessons that are based on the position they play. Guards train with other guards with our perimeter specialist, posts with posts, etc.
Train with Modern Technology
Our Hoops 365 athletes will continually train on a variety of mechanics equipment apparatus. These are the exact same equipment utilized by NBA, WNBA and NCAA Division I Universities. Additionally, athletes will be assessed a minimum of once a month by our quad angle Dartfish video analysis critiquing all details associated with shot mechanics.
Speed, Quickness and Agility Training
A core component of the Hoops 365 program is a consistent commitment to improving your speed, quickness and agility. With Performance Training, Inc. players will be pushed to achieve results beyond their expectations.
Exposure Events
As an alternative to playing 60 games in AAU type basketball tournaments, this elite team will only participate in National Exposure events held throughout the country. In 2008, the Hoops 365 team will compete in exclusive Adidas, Nike, and USJN Exposure events. These dynamic events include:

- USJN, Chicago, IL – 280 Coaches, 140 Teams
- Adidas, Atlanta, GA – 400 Coaches 180 Teams
- Midwest Challenge, Champaign, IL 150 Coaches, 120 Teams
- Nike End of Trails, Portland, OR – 550 Coaches, 260 Teams
- Nike, Philadelphia, PA – 250 Coaches, 120 Teams
- Nike Bayou Classic, Birmingham, AL – 250 Coaches, 150 Teams
- ** Las Vegas Invitational may be substituted for Birmingham pending invitation from Nike.
International Invitation for Team USA
As a member of the Hoops 365 Elite program, athletes are offered an opportunity to represent the United States in an International Tournament. Each year, Hoops 365 works closely with 365 Sports, an elite sports tour operator which holds the exclusive representation for United States teams for selected tournaments in association with the Ireland, Belgium, Russia and Bahamas Basketball Federations. Although athletes normally are required to tryout for these selective teams, Hoops 365 athletes have been awarded pre-approved status for one of the events held during the summer of 2008. Elite Exposure Ranking Service
An outstanding benefit of your participation with Hoops 365 is the opportunity for exposure to colleges and Universities from throughout the country via our web based Elite Exposure Ranking Service. The quantitatively measured Ranking Service is not subjective to opinion but rather, is a formula taking into account a variety of skills, mental preparation, speed and quickness. The Ranking Service is exclusive to only Hoops 365 participants, and will be made available to all collegiate coaches, improving an athlete’s opportunity to play at the next level. Athletes would be tested with their results posted in the following:
