Party Policies & Guidelines

• Hoops City U offers several choices of food for your event. We will gladly order pizza, a snack tray, birthday cake and you can order any items from our concessions. A variety of Hershey's Ice Cream and ice cream cakes are also available. 
• No outside food or drinks can be brought in or delivered except for a birthday cake. A $75.00 outside food fee will be charged for each item brought into our facility other than a birthday cake.
• Each participant must sign a waiver of liability and socks must be worn to play for the TK's Jungle option. Acceptable and clean gym shoes are required to be allowed onto the Basketball Courts.
• To make a reservation, a $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required.  The final balance is due at the completion of your event and the party package selected is the package you are responsible for.  If the numbe r of additional guests exceeds what is outlined in the party package, additional guest fees will be charged.
