The 24-7 Program offers athletes the opportunity to elevate their skill in an intense training regimen. Athletes are immersed into the Fundamentals of the Game and are taught to incorporate these skills into competitive 3 vs 3 and 5 vs 5 situations with other players.
The 24-7 advanced program will GET YOU PREPARED for the upcoming Basketball Season! Athletes are divided by age and ability and trained in an intense instructional environment utilizing all of the Hoops City professional equipment. Athletes can train up to four (4) days a week.
