Shooting Lab Technical Lessons - Varsity & Collegiate (Limited to max of 8 per class)
The Shooting Laboratory is a seasonal program offered to participants that are eager for comprehensive instruction designed to teach each participant the proper shooting skill mechanics. Further emphasis will be placed on transition shooting, shooting on the move with proper footwork and balance. Athletes have the option to attend two sessins each week for increased repetition.
