Increase your Vertical Jump with the intense jump training program utilizing a variety of advanced equipment. Initially, each participant will have an assessment consistent with the NBA Pre-Draft and NFL Combine followed by a challenging program utilizing the Vertimax Basic, Flexor and Intermediate Systems, Plyometric boxes and sprints. Athletes should attend a minimum of 2 sessions weekly. These sessions are offered within the private instruction component and can be scheduled by contacting the office at (919) 474-2400.
