Team Carolina AAU utilizes only the premier, hard wood practice venues in the Raleigh-Durham area. For the 2019 Spring Season, we will be primarily utilizing three locations for our multiple weekly practice and training sessions. Teams will be in session 2x a week at Hoops City U and 1x a week at one of our off site gym facilities. Additionally, each team will have Wednesday Workouts with former Professional Player, Trent Meacham! All Wednesday Advanced Sessions will take place at Hoops City U. Hoops City U

Located in the heart of RTP, Hoops City U is the premier basketball training facility in the Triangle, and is the "Home Court" for the Team Carolina AAU Program. With brand new maple wood floors installed in the Fall of 2013, Hoops CIty's 20,000 square feet is unmatched in its court space, training equipment, and spectator viewing area.
Emily K Center

Located near both downtown Durham and Duke University, the 29,000 square foot Emily Krzyzewski Center houses multipurpose rooms, a gymnasium, and a performance stage. The gym used by Team Carolina AAU is a full-sized, 6 basket facility and features the 2001 NCAA Final Four Floor from the Duke Men's Basketball team's Championship win over the Arizona Wildcats.
